At Aspire Coaching Consultancy in, Southsea, Hampshire, we are very passionate about what we do. We offer a wealth of leadership experience in primary sector schools. Our founder, Sandra Miller, an experienced headteacher has worked in a diverse range of schools including three large local authorities in London. In addition to being able to offer the best of our educational experiences, we possess strong presentation skills, characterised by enthusiasm, vision, and drive. We are also adaptable and able to work under pressure in challenging circumstances.
Meet Our Founder
Our owner, Sandra, formed the company in 2013. In addition to being an experienced headteacher, she is qualified as a Talent Dynamics Flow Consultant, a DISC Personality Profiler, and a Goal Mapping Certified Practitioner. She undertakes profiling with individuals and a range of organisations to develop leadership skills, build capacity, and promote teamwork.
As a continual learner, Sandra is constantly growing personally and professionally. She is currently a Protege student at The Coaching Academy, aiming to become a master coach. She is available to add immediate and effective capacity to a school by undertaking an interim senior leadership role and can offer bespoke consultancy support in educational and business environments.
Intuitive, outgoing, and creative, Sandra enjoys being a motivator and inspiring others. A quick-to-connect, high-energy individual, she excels at leading teams. She is people-focused and has found her niche in leading people out of a crisis, motivating others around her. She is a loyal, supportive presence in any role and a valuable addition to any team.
